Extension Not Detected

If the dashboard shows "Extension not detected", follow these steps to fix it.

Quick Fixes

1. Refresh the page - Click refresh icon or press F5
2. Check extension is installed - Look for GroupHunter icon in Chrome toolbar
3. Verify extension is enabled - Go to

   chrome://extensions

   , find GroupHunter, toggle should be ON (blue)
4. Clear cache - Ctrl+Shift+Delete, clear cache and cookies
5. Restart browser - Close all Chrome windows, reopen

Detailed Troubleshooting

Verify Installation

1. Go to

   chrome://extensions

2. Find "GroupHunter" in the list
3. Check toggle is ON
4. Check for errors under the extension

Check Permissions

1. At

   chrome://extensions

2. Click Details under GroupHunter
3. Scroll to Site access
4. Ensure "On specific sites" includes:

   • facebook.com

   • app.grouphunter.io

Reinstall Extension

If nothing works:

1. Go to

   chrome://extensions

2. Click Remove on GroupHunter
3. Restart Chrome
4. Reinstall from Chrome Web Store
5. Log into dashboard again
