Dashboard Overview

The GroupHunter dashboard is your command center for managing Facebook Groups, viewing leads, configuring automation, and analyzing performance. This guide will walk you through every section.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard uses a clean, card-based layout with three main areas:

  1. Top Header — Logo, search, notifications, user menu
  2. Left Sidebar — Main navigation (always visible)
  3. Main Content Area — Current page content

Top Header

Logo

Click the GroupHunter logo to return to the main dashboard from anywhere.

Search

Quick search across members, groups, and settings (press Cmd/Ctrl + K).

Notifications

Bell icon shows alerts for:

  • New pending members
  • Automation rule triggers
  • System updates
  • Trial expiration reminders

User Menu

Click your profile picture to access:

  • Account settings
  • Billing
  • Log out

Left Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar is organized into logical sections:

Quick Actions

Pin the dashboard as your browser home page for easy access!

Members → Pending

The Pending page is where you'll spend most of your time.

Layout

  • Top Bar: Search, Group filter, status filter, bulk actions
  • Member Cards: Each pending member displayed as a card
  • Sidebar (optional): Filters and lead score range

Member Card Details

Each card shows:

Top Section:

  • Profile picture
  • Name (links to Facebook profile)
  • Lead score (0-100) with color indicator
  • Group name

Middle Section:

  • Membership questions and answers
  • Email extracted (if found) 📧
  • Phone extracted (if found) 📱
  • Join date

Bottom Section:

  • Approve button (green)
  • Decline button (red)
  • Flag for Review button (yellow)
  • View Full Profile link

Bulk Actions

Select multiple members (checkboxes) to:

  • Approve all selected
  • Decline all selected
  • Export selected to CSV
  • Add to specific email list

Filtering

Filter members by:

  • Group: Show only specific Group
  • Lead Score: 0-100 range slider
  • Has Email: Only members with email
  • Has Phone: Only members with phone
  • Date Added: Last 24h, 7 days, 30 days, All time

Members → Leads

The Leads view shows members sorted by lead score (highest first).

Automation → Rules

Manage all automation rules here.

Rule List View

Each rule shows:

  • Name and description
  • Action: Auto-approve, Auto-decline, Flag
  • Conditions: Summary of criteria
  • Times Triggered: Usage stats
  • Status: Enabled/Disabled toggle

Creating a Rule

Click Create Rule to open the rule builder:

  1. Name — Give the rule a descriptive name
  2. Action — Choose auto-approve, auto-decline, or flag
  3. Conditions — Add criteria:
    • Require email
    • Require all questions answered
    • Keyword include/exclude
    • Min answer length
    • Min Facebook age
    • Min mutual friends
  4. Apply to Groups — Select specific Groups or "All Groups"
  5. Priority — Higher priority rules run first

Automation → Messages

Create message templates for welcome and decline messages.

Template List

Each template shows:

  • Name
  • Type: Welcome or Decline
  • Used by: Number of Groups using it
  • Last modified

Creating a Template

Click Create Template:

  1. Name — Internal name for the template
  2. Type — Welcome or Decline
  3. Message — Text with variables:
    • [first_name] — Member's first name
    • [name] — Full name
    • [group_name] — Group name
  4. Preview — See how it looks with sample data

Groups Page

View and manage all imported Groups.

Complete history of all actions in your account.

  • Rule Triggers: Which rules fired and for whom
  • Syncs: Group and member data syncs
