- Check Members → Pending first thing each day
- Review members with score 80+ (high-quality leads)
- Use bulk approve for clearly qualified members
- Flag suspicious profiles for deeper review
- Decline obvious spam/bots
- Export leads to your CRM/email tool
Efficiency Tips
- Use filters to focus on specific member segments
- Set up automation rules to handle obvious approvals/declines
- Process in batches — Don't approve one at a time all day
- Review flagged members weekly
- Export weekly to keep external systems in sync
Safety
- Don't approve 100+ members in one session (looks suspicious)
- Spread bulk approvals throughout the day
- Review automation rule results regularly
- Decline politely (use decline messages)
