How to Use Bulk Actions to Process Members
Process dozens of Facebook Group members simultaneously. Save time with bulk approve, decline, and export features.

Bulk Approve
When to Use
- Approving members who clearly meet criteria
- After filtering by high lead scores (80+)
- Processing members with email + complete answers
- Catching up on backlog
How It Works
Members approved one at a time with 2-3 second delay (safety):
- 10 members = ~30 seconds
- 50 members = ~2-3 minutes
- 100 members = ~5-6 minutes
Progress bar shows completion.
Options
- Send welcome message - Apply template to all
- Sync to Google Sheets - Add all to Sheet
- Trigger webhooks - Fire for each member
Bulk Decline
When to Use
- Obvious spam (no email, spam keywords)
- Incomplete answers
- Members who don't meet Group criteria
- New Facebook accounts (less than 30 days)
Decline Message
Optionally send decline message to all:
- Select template
- Or skip messages
- Applied to all selected
Bulk decline is permanent. Members must reapply. Double-check selection before confirming.
Filtering Before Bulk Actions
Use filters to select right members:
Approve all with email:
- Filter: Has Email ✓
- Filter: Lead Score 70+
- Select all visible
- Bulk Approve
Decline all spam:
- Filter: No Email
- Filter: Lead Score less than 20
- Select all visible
- Bulk Decline
Bulk Export
Export selected members to CSV:
Contains:
- Name, Email, Phone
- Profile URL
- Group Name
- Lead Score
- Join Date
- All Q&A answers

Safety Features
Rate Limiting
Bulk actions process sequentially:
- 2-3 seconds between members
- Prevents Facebook spam detection
- Random delays (not predictable pattern)
Daily Limits
- Max 500 approvals/day
- Max 200 declines/day
- Protects account from flags
Confirmation Dialog
Always shows:
- Number of members selected
- Action to be taken
- Estimated time
- "Are you sure?" prompt
Best Practices
Morning Routine:
- Filter: Score 80+, Has Email
- Bulk Approve (high-quality)
- Filter: No Email, Score less than 30
- Bulk Decline (spam)
- Review middle scores manually
Don't:
- Approve 100+ members in one session (suspicious)
- Skip manual review entirely
- Process without filtering first
- Ignore activity log (spot-check results)
Troubleshooting
Bulk action stuck?
- Check browser is open
- Extension is enabled
- Facebook session active
- Wait for completion (don't close tab)
Some members failed?
- Check Activity Log for errors
- Retry individually
- May be Facebook rate limits
