Member Management
GroupHunter captures every member who requests to join your enabled Facebook Groups and gives you a clean, searchable view of all your leads. Member data lives in your dashboard permanently.
Member Pages
All Members
Location: Dashboard → Members → All Members
The primary view for your lead database. Shows all approved and pending members — declined members are excluded by default to keep this page focused on leads you've captured or are considering.
Features:
- Full-text search across names, emails, answers, and group names
- Filter by group — view members from a specific group only
- Filter by status — All, Approved, Pending
- Server-side pagination — handles thousands of members efficiently
- Tags — add and filter by custom tags
- Lead score filter — show only members above a score threshold
For each member you can see:
- Name and profile link
- Group they joined
- Email and phone (if captured)
- Lead score (0–100)
- Tags
- Approval status and date
- Their membership question answers
Click any member row to open their full detail view.
Pending Requests
Location: Dashboard → Members → Pending Requests
Members who have requested to join but haven't been approved or declined yet. If automation is configured, most members will be processed automatically — but some will land here for manual review.
From this page you can:
- Approve or decline individual members with one click
- Review their answers and lead score before deciding
- Add tags before approving
Declined Members
Location: Dashboard → Members → Declined
A separate dedicated page for members who were declined (automatically or manually). Kept separate from All Members so your main lead list stays clean.
Shows:
- Member name and group
- Decline reason (if set by auto-decline rule)
- Date declined
- Lead score
- Profile link
Tags
Location: Dashboard → Members → Tags
Manage the custom tags you've created. Tags are used to organise and filter members across all pages.
Adding Tags to Members
On the All Members page, click the + tag button in the Tags column of any member row. A tag picker dropdown appears where you can:
- Select existing tags
- Type to create a new tag
- Remove existing tags
Tags are saved immediately and can be used to filter the member list.
Tip — Click anywhere else on the page to close the tag picker.
Searching and Filtering
The All Members page includes powerful server-side filtering:
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Search | Name, email, answers, group name |
| Group | Filter to a specific group |
| Status | All, Approved, Pending |
| Tags | Show only members with specific tags |
| Lead Score | Minimum score threshold |
Filters are applied server-side, so they work even with tens of thousands of members.
Lead Score
Each member gets an automatic lead score from 0–100 based on:
- Whether an email was provided (+30 points)
- Whether a phone number was provided (+20 points)
- Whether all questions were answered (+20 points)
- Answer quality and length (+up to 30 points)
Higher scores = better quality leads.
Exporting Data
Member data is synced to Google Sheets automatically via per-group settings. There is no separate CSV export — set up Google Sheets in your group's settings to capture data as members are approved.
See Google Sheets Export for details.
