Analytics & Insights
The Analytics page gives you a clear picture of GroupHunter's performance — how many members were processed, how many leads were captured, and how each group is performing.
Accessing Analytics
Go to Analytics in the sidebar. The page loads performance data for the last 30 days by default.
Date Range Filter
Use the date picker at the top of the page to change the time window. Select any start date to view historical data.
Overview Stats
The top section shows aggregate totals for the selected period:
| Stat | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Members Requested | Total new membership requests synced |
| Members Approved | Total members approved (auto + manual) |
| Members Declined | Total members declined |
| Emails Captured | Total email addresses extracted and stored |
| Messages Sent | Total automatic messages sent |
Daily Activity Chart
A line chart showing daily activity over the selected period:
- Members requested per day
- Members approved per day
- Emails captured per day
Use this to identify peaks (e.g. after a promotion) or gaps (e.g. extension wasn't running).
Per-Group Breakdown
Below the chart, a table shows performance broken down by group:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Group | Facebook Group name |
| Members Approved | Approved in the period |
| Emails Captured | Emails from this group |
| Email Capture Rate | % of approved members who had an email |
This lets you see which groups are generating the best quality leads.
Total Member Counts
Summary cards show your all-time totals:
- Total members across all groups
- Total approved
- Total declined
- Total pending
These are not filtered by date — they represent your full database.
Using Analytics
- Low approval rate? Check if your auto-approve criteria are too strict
- Low email capture rate? Update your Facebook Group membership questions to explicitly ask for email
- Gaps in daily chart? The extension may not have been running those days
- One group outperforming others? Consider replicating its settings in other groups
