Dashboard Overview

The GroupHunter dashboard at app.grouphunter.io is your command centre for managing Facebook Group members, viewing leads, configuring automation, and tracking performance.

Layout

The dashboard has two main areas:

  1. Left Sidebar — Main navigation, always visible
  2. Main Content Area — The current page

Main Dashboard

The home screen shows:

  • A setup progress checklist (install extension, sync groups, configure a group)
  • Recent member activity — the latest members captured
  • Quick stats — total members, pending requests, and leads captured

Members

PageWhat It Shows
All MembersEvery approved and pending member across all groups. Excludes declined by default. Full search, filter, and pagination.
Pending RequestsMembers waiting for a decision. Approve or decline manually from here, or let automation handle them.
DeclinedMembers who were declined. Separate page to keep All Members clean.
TagsManage custom tags you've applied to members for organisation.

Groups

The Groups page lists all synced Facebook Groups. Enable/disable groups, check their status, and open per-group settings. This is where you start automation for each group.

Analytics

Charts and stats showing performance over time: approvals, declines, emails captured, and per-group breakdowns. Filter by date range.

Automation (Advanced)

PagePurpose
RulesGlobal automation rules that apply across groups. Advanced feature — most users should use Per-Group Settings instead.
MessagesGlobal message templates library. Templates created here can be used in per-group autoresponders.

Integrations

Connect GroupHunter to external tools: Webhooks, and other integrations. Webhook events fire when members are approved or declined.

Settings

Account settings: your profile, Facebook connection status, notification preferences, and API keys.

Billing

View and manage your GroupHunter subscription plan, see usage, and update payment details.

Setup Checklist

When you first log in, the dashboard shows a setup checklist:

  1. ✅ Extension installed
  2. ✅ Groups synced
  3. Configure a group (open a group's Settings)
  4. Capture your first lead

Complete these steps to get GroupHunter fully running. Once all steps are done, the checklist is replaced by your stats and recent activity.

Extension Status

The dashboard displays whether the GroupHunter Chrome extension is currently detected. If it shows "not installed" even though the extension is installed, see Extension Not Detected.
