- Purchase date

- We process within 2-3 business days
- Refund appears in 5-10 business days (depends on bank)
After Refund
- Account access revoked
- Data deleted after 30 days

Exceptions
No refunds after 7 days for monthly/yearly subscriptions. You can cancel to stop future charges, but no refund for current period.
