Manage Your Subscription

Update your plan, payment method, or cancel your subscription from the Billing page.

Accessing Billing

  1. Log into app.grouphunter.io
  2. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  3. View current plan and payment details

Upgrading Your Plan

From Pro to Pro AI

  1. Go to Billing page
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro AI
  3. Confirm upgrade
  4. Pro-rated charge for remainder of billing period
  5. AI features activate immediately

From Monthly to Yearly

  1. Go to Billing page
  2. Click Switch to Yearly Billing
  3. Confirm switch
  4. Save ~17% annually
  5. Takes effect on next billing date

Downgrading Your Plan

From Pro AI to Pro

  1. Go to Billing page
  2. Click Downgrade to Pro
  3. Confirm downgrade
  4. Takes effect at end of current billing period
  5. AI features disabled after period ends

From Yearly to Monthly

  1. Go to Billing page
  2. Click Switch to Monthly Billing
  3. Takes effect when yearly subscription expires
  4. Will renew monthly at regular price

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Billing page
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Click Save
  5. New card used for next billing cycle

Canceling Subscription

Stripe Subscriptions (Credit Card)

  1. Go to Billing page
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation
  5. Access continues until end of paid period
  6. No further charges

PayProGlobal Subscriptions

  1. Go to Billing page
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Opens PayProGlobal portal
  4. Click Cancel in portal
  5. Follow portal instructions

After Cancellation

  • Access: Continues until end of paid period
  • Data: Preserved for 30 days after expiration
  • Reactivation: Subscribe again anytime to restore access

Refund Policy

Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.

After 7 days: No refunds for monthly/yearly subscriptions. Cancel to stop future charges.

Billing Issues

Payment failed

  1. Check card details are correct
  2. Ensure sufficient funds
  3. Contact your bank
  4. Update payment method in Billing

Subscription expired unexpectedly

  1. Check payment method
  2. Verify no bank declines
  3. Reactivate in Billing page
  4. Contact support if issue persists
