Update your plan, payment method, or cancel your subscription from the Billing page.
Accessing Billing
- Log into app.grouphunter.io
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- View current plan and payment details
Upgrading Your Plan
From Pro to Pro AI
- Go to Billing page
- Click Upgrade to Pro AI
- Confirm upgrade
- Pro-rated charge for remainder of billing period
- AI features activate immediately
From Monthly to Yearly
- Go to Billing page
- Click Switch to Yearly Billing
- Confirm switch
- Save ~17% annually
- Takes effect on next billing date
Downgrading Your Plan
From Pro AI to Pro
- Go to Billing page
- Click Downgrade to Pro
- Confirm downgrade
- Takes effect at end of current billing period
- AI features disabled after period ends
From Yearly to Monthly
- Go to Billing page
- Click Switch to Monthly Billing
- Takes effect when yearly subscription expires
- Will renew monthly at regular price
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Billing page
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Click Save
- New card used for next billing cycle
Canceling Subscription
Stripe Subscriptions (Credit Card)
- Go to Billing page
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until end of paid period
- No further charges
PayProGlobal Subscriptions
- Go to Billing page
- Click Manage Subscription
- Opens PayProGlobal portal
- Click Cancel in portal
- Follow portal instructions
After Cancellation
- Access: Continues until end of paid period
- Data: Preserved for 30 days after expiration
- Reactivation: Subscribe again anytime to restore access
Refund Policy
Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
After 7 days: No refunds for monthly/yearly subscriptions. Cancel to stop future charges.
Billing Issues
Payment failed
- Check card details are correct
- Ensure sufficient funds
- Contact your bank
- Update payment method in Billing
Subscription expired unexpectedly
- Check payment method
- Verify no bank declines
- Reactivate in Billing page
- Contact support if issue persists
